Return/Exchange Policy

At ZARAB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your perfume, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
- The original packaging, including the box, should be intact. If the box is missing or damaged beyond its original condition, a small compensation charge may apply.
Return/Exchange Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at +92 329 9272200.
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- It may take 4-5 working days to process your return request once we receive the product.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
